Shipping Locations

UrbanMart currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–15 business days depending on your location

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select pin codes.

  • An additional COD fee of ₹49 will be applied.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • UrbanMart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
